Description
An ancient mythology once told of the sun being engulfed and consumed by the darkness of a celestial beast to explain the phenomena of a solar eclipse. Like any solar eclipse we know off today, the sun eventually prevails and brings forth its bright rays, cutting through the darkness we know off today as the moon’s shadow. This hanging lamp is a testament to such a phenomenon, having its rays shine through the ribs of the cage engulfing the bulb.
